The user interface is very simple to use with large on screen buttons for even the heavy handed employee.  Adding a barcode reader can make quick work of any entry data and eliminate mistakes.

The module covers both time and attendance to produce payroll information and a time database for time spent on specific jobs.  Information is fed back in real time to the main RedAnt software giving immediate access to information such as live jobs, who’s working on what and the progress of a job or customer order.  There is also a facility to cover ‘lost time’ which can be analyzed by standard reports.

An internal email system can alert managers when employees clock in late.
