The Finite Scheduling module calculates and displays detailed graphical production planning based on available capacity and order priorities. It uses real-time data from the shop floor and current orders to formulate a drag and drop Gantt chart. The Graphical planning board highlights late orders and production bottlenecks. This enables more accurate delivery dates for customers

Work centre ‘to do’ lists are available in report form or as part of the shop floor data collection module which will allow the user to see what job is scheduled next on a particular work centre.

Calculations are based around available capacity of work centres, based on shift patterns entered by the user.  There are also a number of other priority settings so the user can give different customer orders weightings to improve delivery times.
