PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ADOBE ACROBAT READER 9.X OR 10.X AND SOLIDWORKS EDRAWINGS 2010 INSTALLED BEFORE UPDATING TO THE LATEST RELEASE OF THE SOFTWARE.  ADOBE ACROBAT WILL AUTOMATICALLY UPGRADE ANY PREVIOUS VERSION INSTALLED HOWEVER, SOLIDWORKS EDRAWINGS WILL REQUIRE YOU TO UN-INSTALL ANY PREVIOUS VERSIONS.  THESE APPLICATIONS CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM OUR SUPPORT FILES WEB PAGE.

If you are using Windows Vista or Version 7 operating systems then run RedAnt as an 'Administrator' the first time RedAnt is used after an update.  This can be done by 'right clicking' the RedAnt Icon and selecting 'Run As Administrator'.  This will ensure all new controls are updated correctly.
